Tyvek® Supro is a reinforced, vapor-permeable membrane designed for roof systems needing enhanced weather protection and strength, achieving class W1 water resistance.

It can be installed in direct contact with boards or insulation, or used free-hanging without a continuous substrate, making it suitable for insulation support in timber suspended floors and as a Type LR pitched roof underlay. Additionally, Tyvek® Supro Plus provides all the benefits of Tyvek® Supro while incorporating integral adhesive lap tape for improved wind resistance and building airtightness.

Delivery Charges and Information

Delivery Charges

We have structured our delivery charges based on the total value of your order. Please refer to the table below for specific charges:

Local Delivery Charge

For deliveries within 35 miles of Postcode S63 9BL, we offer a local delivery service. For orders up to £500 ex-VAT, the delivery charge is £35.00 ex-VAT. Orders above £500 ex-VAT will qualify for free delivery within this range.

Minimum Order Requirements

We require a minimum order value of £150 (excluding VAT) or £180 (including VAT), plus delivery charges. This policy helps us maintain efficient order processing and delivery services. Ensure your order meets this requirement before proceeding to checkout. For questions or assistance, our customer support team is here to help.

Order Processing Information

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery time frames are calculated starting the day after your order has been processed, and you will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Weekend Deliveries

Weekend deliveries are available upon request and are subject to the availability of existing delivery routes. Please contact us to confirm if a weekend delivery can be arranged for your order.

Orders Placed on Weekends and Holidays

Please note that any orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. This may affect your expected delivery time, so we advise placing your order accordingly. Collections

To collect your order, please email us at sales@insulationuk.co.uk with your contact details, along with the products and quantities you require. Our team will review your email and respond with a secure payment link. For your security, we do not process payments over the phone. Once payment is received, your order will be processed, and our team will notify you when it’s ready for collection.

Product Delivery Times

Most of our orders are dispatched within 3 working days. However, this time frame may extend to 5 working days for larger orders. Specialty items may take between 5 to 7 working days. Where We Deliver

We have a fleet of FORS delivery vehicles all with Moffett mechanical offloads that deliver nationwide. For smaller orders, we may use third-party carriers. If you have specific delivery inquiries, please feel free to contact us.
