Good product but one sheet of the order was supplied bent. Am currently weighting this down to see if it will flatten out. I was advised the order would come on a 26 ton lorry with fork lift which was too big to reach my premises. I arranged this to be dropped at a local builders merchant. In reality it came on a 7.5 ton van (or less) which could easily have reached my premises. It took me an hour and a half to collect and load this with a trailer. The builders merchant kindly offloaded the insulation from your van - how would you have offloaded it otherwise. Happy to order from you again, but next time direct to my premises, please!

This was better to handle than many, not particularly dusty or itchy, hence less irritation. The only usual irritation is the cost of loft roll, but as said, I found Knauff loft roll good to handle and would buy again
