Holiday Delivery Information
To ensure a smooth and stress-free holiday season, please take note of our shipping and closure schedule:
- Orders placed before Tuesday, December 17th, 2024, at 15:00 (3 PM) with a standard estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days will be delivered before Christmas. We encourage you to place your orders as early as possible to avoid any unexpected delays during this busy period.
- Orders placed after 15:00 on December 17th, 2024, may arrive as late as January 9th, 2025, depending on the product and your delivery location. We will do our best to process and ship orders promptly, but delays may occur due to high demand and courier schedules.
- Please note that our office, warehouse, and shipping operations will be closed for the holidays from December 24th, 2024, until January 1st, 2025. During this time, no orders will be processed or dispatched.
- All orders placed between December 24th, 2024, and January 1st, 2025, will be processed starting January 2nd, 2025. Once operations resume, we will work diligently to ship all pending orders as quickly as possible.
